As some of you may know, we are fortunate enough to have a Polish department, and they operate under our original name IT-practice. One of the people working there is Zuzanna Hyrcza. A vital piece of our company, Zuzanna is responsible for UX/UI design, facilitation teamwork, manually testing, overseeing projects, as well as being the product manager for our ATMS. It is safe to say, Zuzanna is a skilled woman, and she enjoys every part of it:

"I am driven by my desire to learn. Though my degree has taken me in one direction, I love taking courses and classes which can teach me new things and skills. It's how I learned that I wanted to change my career path and go into UX design."

When asked about her work life and working for a Danish company where the majority of her co-workers are located almost 1000 km away, she doesn't hesitate:

"It's exciting to work for a Scandinavian company. The work culture is very different from Poland and combining the two cultures is a strength to me. What I am truly grateful for is the level of trust that the Danish work culture, and especially Asseco Denmark, offers. My manager trusts me and my skills, and that makes a huge impact in my work life."

Besides learning new skills, Zuzanna spends a lot of her time travelling. Most of the European countries she has visited has been through hitchhiking, and she loves exploring new places.
